It’s an innovative managed services program we call [Complete] because that’s what it is. A complete solution to all your I.T. needs in an affordable, simple to implement, simple to manage program that will make you wonder why someone didn’t think of it sooner.
Projecting a 3-year cycle, our team performs a thorough on-site assessment of your current and future I.T. needs, then researches and formulates a plan that combines proven best practices, the right products, and the latest industry developments. We then propose a comprehensive hardware and software installation designed to meet your business’ objectives and budget for the next three years. Included in our proposal are new/updated hardware and software, installation, training, and ongoing support, all provided for a fixed monthly fee. The Discovery phase is approximately 2 hours.
When our proposal is accepted, roll-out begins and we acquire, set up and test everything in our lab, then install on-site. Installation includes data migration, roll out support, coaching/mentoring, and fine-tuning of all aspects of the deployment. The Solution Design phase takes approximately 10 days.
For the remainder the 3-year agreement, Lotus keeps you operating at peak efficiency by providing on-going support -- remote, phone-based or on-site, whichever is fastest and most effective -- along with MacOS and iOS updates, and maintenance of on-site servers, devices, operating systems, apps, and cloud services. The Setup phase takes approximately 60 days.
And we warranty all managed products for the entire 36-month of the agreement, regardless of the manufacturer’s warranty.
At month 34, we begin a new assessment and formulate a new plan to refresh your entire I.T. installation in anticipation of your renewal. Monitoring, Maintenance and Support is on-going for 36 months.
