Generate a web link for a FaceTime call while creating an event in Calendar, so everyone knows exactly where to meet and when.
How to integrate a FaceTime call in the Calendar App:
Open the Calendar app
Select a day you want the FaceTime call to be on
Tap the + button in the righthand corner
Tap Location or Video Call and tap FaceTime
Fill out the specifics for the event
After saving the event to your calendar, tap the event to view Event Details
Next to FaceTime, tap the Share icon
Share the FaceTime link to whoever you want to join via text, email, etc.
Once you've sent the link to the participant(s), they'll receive a prompt to join the call. If the participant tries to join, a request will be sent to you. The participant cannot join until you allow them access.
