Pro Tip: Customize the Safari Start Page on Mac

Apple's keen interest on personalization and accessibility continues to deliver with Safari. With Big Sur, you can now customize Safari's start page to display favorites, frequently visited, privacy reports, Siri Suggestions, Reading List, and a background image of your choice.


How to customize the start page

  • Open a new browser window on Safari

  • On the bottom righthand corner, click the edit icon

  • A menu will appear above the icon with a checklist

  • Check off the ones you wish to use or lack thereof
