With iOS 14, Apple's Translate app makes translating words or phrases easier while conversing.
Using Translate, you’re able to choose up to 11 languages to translate from. Other than simply translating, you can also save translations for quick access, see definitions for translated words or phrases, toggle an automatic detection setting, and download any languages for offline accessibility.
How to translate:
Open Translate.
Choose two languages.
Tap the microphone button and speak – keep in mind, if your iPhone isn’t silent, text-to-speech will automatically play the translated text. You can also type in any words or phrases you’d like translated.
To get definitions on translated words, simply tap the translated text or tap the dictionary button. You can also tap the favorites tab to save the text for quick access.
