For iOS 14, Apple has added a new Privacy Report feature in Safari. The feature is designed to prevent websites from tracking your internet usage. More specifically, it severely limits the extent that websites track users for ad targeting and analytics while you browse. Additionally, you can also view a report of the blocked trackers.
To take advantage of this feature, go to any website and tap on the AA button in the address field at the top of your screen. At the bottom of the list of options see "Privacy Report". Just below the label you'll see the number of trackers that are actively being blocked by Safari. Tap the Privacy Report button to view a more detailed log of other trackers that were blocked by Safari over the last 30 days.
