Pro Tip: Hide and show the menu bar on Mac

Hiding the menu bar is a nice feature for those who like a more minimalist desktop appearance, which also gives you a little more viewable space.

To automatically hide the menu bar, open System Preferences, go to General, then click "Automatically hide and show the menu bar". In order to see the menu bar while this feature is active, simply move your mouse pointer to the top screen edge and the menu will automatically reappear. Move your mouse pointer away and the menu bar will automatically disappear.
