Pro Tip: See what data apps collect

Apple requires app developers to list information about the data their apps collect, in an accessible privacy label.

You now have access to a searchable database of privacy labels for Apple's own apps. Anyone running these apps on any Apple device can check to see what data is being collected.

To view the database, go to https://www.apple.com/privacy/labels/.

Here you will be able to view details for each and every one of the company's apps across MacOS, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS and tvOS. You'll see details on the types of data it collects, and whether that data is tied to your identity.
